Full Paper Submission




Authors of accepted short papers are encouraged to submit their full papers which will be published in a special issue of EJAM (E-Journal of Advanced Maintenance) operated by Japan Society of Maintenology after peer review process.

The Japan Society of Maintenology holds all copyrights for papers published on the journals. An EJAM Academic Articles Confirmation Form at Paper Submission (PDF) signed by the authors should be submitted with the manuscript.

Following the tips, please submit it by October 23, 2018November 30, 2018.
  1. download "Full Paper Instruction Template (PDF)" and read thoroughly.
  2. download "Full Paper Instruction Template (WORD)" to prepare your paper. Following this template is mandatory. Recommended article length is within 6 pages.
  3. download An EJAM Academic Articles Confirmation Form at Paper Submission (PDF) and sign on it
  4. convert your manuscript into PDF, and then submit it by October 23, 2018November 30, 2018 together with the scanned copy of signed An EJAM Academic Articles Confirmation Form at Paper Submission to ejam-icmst@jsm.or.jp by email. An email confirming your submission will be sent to you.
The full papers will be reviewed and notification of the paper acceptance will be sent to the authors before the end of January 2019.

The accepted papers are scheduled to appear in the EJAM Academic Articles Section of a special issue (Vol. 11, No. 1-2).
