Visa Request Information



To acquire your Visa, please follow the procedure below.
  1. Make your registration and payment for ICMST Tohoku 2018.
  2. Book your flight and accommodation.
  3. Down load a form (excel file) from here and fill in the form.
  4. Email the form to secretariat-icmst2018(AT)wert.ifs.tohoku.ac.jp.
You will also be required to prepare some documents on your side.

It is strongly recommended to submit the form as early as possible. Due to the complicated procedure of visa acquisition, which often takes about 1 month, we can only accept Visa Request Form until September 6th, 2018.
